Use of Website

This website is intended for individuals seeking information about or booking seasonal porch styling services. You agree to use this website lawfully and in a way that does not infringe upon or restrict the rights of others.

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or use automated systems to extract data.

Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All content on this website is the exclusive property of Seasoned, by ReBloom and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Porch styling designs and concepts
• Package names, tiers, and style names
• Images, videos, and graphics
• Website copy and written materials
• Branding, logos, and visual identity

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Restrictions on Commercial Use

Seasoned, by ReBloom is a seasonal porch styling company, and our designs, inventory, and concepts are proprietary. You may not:

• Recreate or replicate our porch designs for resale or as a competing service
• Use our images or designs to market your own business
• Rent, sublease, or transfer our décor inventory to another business or property
• Represent Seasoned work as your own

Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Use Restrictions

You may not use this website or its content in connection with artificial intelligence or automated systems without express written permission. This includes scraping or extracting images, text, or data; uploading content into AI tools or generators; training machine learning models using our content; or generating derivative designs, images, or content based on Seasoned materials.

AI-Generated & Digitally Enhanced Images

Some images on this website may be created, enhanced, or modified using artificial intelligence (AI) or digital rendering tools for design visualization, creative direction, marketing, and inspiration. They may not always represent exact real-life installations, proportions, or scale. Actual porch designs may vary based on inventory availability, package and style selections, and your home’s architecture and conditions.

Bookings, Deposits & Payment

All bookings are subject to a separate service agreement completed through our booking platform. Website content, including the instant estimator, does not guarantee availability, pricing, or services — estimates are not reservations.

• A 50% deposit is due at booking to reserve your install week. Deposits are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is automatically charged 1–2 days before installation. By booking, you authorize this charge and agree to keep a valid payment method on file.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. Seasoned does not store full payment details on its servers.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by your signed service agreement. Because install weeks are limited and materials are sourced per booking, deposits are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Website content does not override contractual agreements.

Installation & Pickup

• Installations take place during your chosen install week; the exact day is confirmed with you in advance.
• You do not need to be home for installation, provided we have clear access and placement instructions. Please share gate codes, parking notes, and keep dogs indoors during the install visit.
• Pickup is included with The Edit, The Statement, and The Showstopper. The Refresh is client-returned: reusable décor is returned by the customer at season’s end.
• Please tell us about allergies to hay, straw, or botanicals, and about HOA décor restrictions, when you book so we can plan accordingly.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all website content, pricing, and descriptions are accurate. However, errors, omissions, or updates may occur. Seasoned reserves the right to correct inaccuracies, update pricing or offerings, and modify services without prior notice. Website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms or services, including our booking and payment provider. Seasoned is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those third parties.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. By using this website, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasoned, by ReBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, inability to access the website, errors or omissions in content, or unauthorized use of content by third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for services directly related to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seasoned, by ReBloom from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Texas.
